David Cebryk

CRC T2S Research Assistant 2022-2023
BA Psychology, The King’s University

David Cebryk holds a Bachelor of Arts Psychology degree from The King’s University, Edmonton and he has been on the CRC T2S team since September of 2022. David participates in many extracurricular and volunteer positions within and outside of his school institution. Outside of King’s David is very engaged in the development and community of his local church, and frequently participates in regular community-engaged volunteer positions through multiple institutions. On the research team, David has been involved in leading the development of the CRC T2S website, the construction of a project literature review, planning and coordinating a conference workshop at The King’s University, and data analysis and coding.

David’s interest in environmental transitions is rooted in a personal passion for ecological preservation, and for highlighting the social-cultural concerns present in the face of an environmental crisis. His passion also for church-involved research, community-impacting initiatives, and person-centered studies compliments the project’s focus well as he aims to contribute a unique psychological perspective to the team. Most recently, David was a part of the CRC T2S summer team where he helped to kickstart the design and construction of the lab’s wesite.
